In 1979, Harvard law student Ann married Boris, a Russian musician, in Moscow. The USSR violated international compacts and refused to let Boris join Ann in America. After four years, 26 visits to Russia by Ann, and jail time from Boris, in 1983 Ann’s father Lewis Pollock organized a dramatic demonstration in Moscow to bring attention to the situation.  9/3 5:00 p.m. – Eccles Concert Hall;  9/5 6:15 p.m. – Sears Gallery
